about

Trained at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, his early years were grounded in a high-volume, academically rigorous environment that emphasised clinical judgment as much as surgical skill. This was followed by further specialty training and fellowships in Spine Surgery in Germany, Singapore and Hong Kong, where he worked within systems that prioritise efficiency, minimally invasive techniques, and patient-centred outcomes.

Philosophy

Rather than viewing spine care as a purely surgical discipline, his work focuses on accurate diagnosis, careful selection of treatment, and long-term functional outcomes. Many patients can be managed without surgery, and in such cases, the emphasis remains on structured rehabilitation and recovery. When surgical intervention is required, the goal is to utilise minimally invasive and motion-preserving techniques that reduce tissue disruption and allow for faster return to normal activity.
